It basically is a game of guessing and begins with the other player dealing 5 cards in an "L" shape, with the corner card face down and the other 4 face up.
The game of Queens accommodates larger groups of players. Each person will get their chance to enjoy themselves here. To start the game, the dealer turns each card from a deck over one by one. An ace allows the dealer to choose someone to take a drink. Queens means the ladies drink, and Jacks move on over to the men. For a king, everybody is required to take a drink. If a card with a number is flipped, then the dealer picks an amount for one player to drink. He or she can also choose a number of people in the entire group to down a shot.

Ace: The dealer gives a drink to the player of his/her choice King: All players will drink Queen: All ladies drink Jack: All men drink 10: Second person on the dealer's right will drink 9: Second person on the dealer's left will drink 8: All players will drink 7: Person on the dealer's right will drink 6: Person on the dealer's left will drink 5: Change the direction of the game 4 to 1: Everyone will drink that number of drinks
