A person that exercises frequent reduces the amount of fat in their body and hence reduces the chances of them getting conditions such as heart failure and obesity. It also makes the muscles very strong and enduring. Exercise also facilitates proper removal of wastes from the body at all times. This is very important for proper health.

Eventually, it is highly essential that people maintain proper sanitation and hygiene in their communities. This means that there should be proper disposal measure for all solid and liquid wastes in the society. People should ensure that they are clean at all times to prevent infections.
