More of the outgoing females at this occasion had decided to try on the Catwoman outfit since it was very unusual and quite daring. Catwoman is one slick lady that has always had the desire to chase Batman and any other great looking men who happened to live within Gotham City.

In order to make things even more interesting the young lad decided to ask several boys to dress up like the living bird known as the Penguin. James Gordon always wore business suits and he was seen as the strong patriarch of the series. Barbara Gordon was always asking him for advice since she could not solve every problem around. All of these children at this event knew that Commissioner Gordon had an unseen spouse.
