Do not despair as you are far from being alone in this situation. I myself have been there - and I repaired that. The shipping or freight company for not caring for my Wii in transit or do I blame the repair facility and some guy named Bubba, working on my Wii with his dirty fingers. I'm just a little too obsessive compulsive so I just gave it away.
You get the picture. I want to keep my second Wii scratch and blemish free and I do not feel like risking it again. I am far from having money to throw at buying another Wii.
So I proceeded to do some research and found a few discussions on a couple of top gaming forums and found some answers to help resolve my issue. From what I can tell there are a few options out there but only one that has a great reputation along with real email support.
